ASYST has a dedicated help desk with senior resources and can provide all support infrastructures. The ASYST call centre is equipped with full support system, call logging, call tracking, escalation and status reporting. ASYST Intelligence can receive both telephonic and e-mail support queries. In addition, our support consultants can dial in to client sites if required to provide further assistance and a deeper understanding of any issues.

ASYST has experience in supporting mission critical business intelligence, development and warehouse projects for both SAP BusinessObjects and Microsoft environments.

SAP BusinessObjects clients that have purchased their software through ASYST Intelligence can be assured of the highest level of local support. Enterprise support customers are entitled to:
• Mission critical support with applicable Service Level Agreements and Advisory Services
• Identified technical risks and optimized potential opportunities, throughout a project.
• Access to guidelines via SAP Service Marketplace, which may include implementation and operations best practices, processes and other content designed to help reduce costs and risks.
• Participation in SAP's End User community (via SAP Service Marketplace), which provides information about best business practices, service offerings, etc.
• Participation in the ASYST User Forum sessions, which provide technical training and how-to for best practice business intelligence operations.
